Jeff and his team did a wonderful job reflooring our entire home. He was able to come out and quote the work within a day of originally asking. Also, they were very flexible with timing as we were coordinating other home projects such as painting. The team showed up early every day and finished the project early. During the project they would send photo updates of how the floors were coming along. When completed the house was left in great shape. We are very happy with how this project turned out.

I had a section of floor that was missing hardwood plans and was horribly filthy. It used to have a fireplace on it (long story). They installed new wood and cleaned the old wood better than I ever thought possible.

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about footprint floors. They did an absolutely amazing job refinishing my hundred year old hardwoods. they had to strip off old laminate flooring, carpet, and then underneath that there was plywood and even more old vinyl. They worked their tails off. Then once they got off all this old flooring, they sanded and stained my long leaf pine and it looks amazing. Benito , Who did the floors, is a master craftsman. Eduardo who bid and oversaw the job is incredibly communicative and thorough. These are consummate professionals. On top of the sanding and staining, they repaired parts of the floor that were damaged, and installed transition pieces. The work is impeccable and my floors look amazing. Furthermore, they are very reasonable, particularly considering the quality of the work, and now my floors are just pristine. I really cannot say enough good things. If you have hardwood floors that you need redone, these are your guys.

Mitch and Cory are a pleasure to work with. They had us scheduled within a week. After Cory gave us a good estimate to move forward, Mitch personally came to our home to check the progress. The crew completed the work in one day. Both, Cory and Mitch, made sure we were satisfied with the work. There was a small hiccup with trash removal, but they made it right. I will be working with them in the future.

When my old gas stove was removed there were no floor tiles behind or under it. The guys who had laid the tile floor and worked around the stove. I called around and no one was interested in the small job. Luckily I found Footsteps Floors and the receptionist responded quickly, friendly and soon the owner showed up to assess the job, and later sent a man who did a beautiful job on the floor and wall. Thanks to them I was able to install the new stove without much delay. Thanks Scot!
